Authority & Operational Data: MC Number, USDOT Number, EIN / Tax ID, Certificate of Insurance (COI), Notice of Assignment (NOA), equipment types, preferred lanes.
Shipment Documentation: Rate confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), lumper receipts, fuel receipts, invoice documents.

4. SMS & TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS (TCPA CONSENT)

By providing your telephone number via our contact forms, dispatch agreements, or WhatsApp chat, you consent to receive telephone calls and text messages (SMS) from Quantum Logistics regarding load bookings, rate confirmations, check-in updates, and service notifications.
